At InsidePiano, we are committed to fostering a respectful and professional environment for all learners and visitors. By using our services, purchasing courses, or interacting with our content, you agree to this Code of Conduct.

1. Respectful Communication

All communications with our team, whether via contact forms, support requests, or public comments (if enabled), must be respectful and constructive. We do not tolerate:

• Harassment, threats, or personal attacks
• Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Profanity or explicit content
• Trolling, baiting, or intentionally disruptive behavior

2. Fair Use of Materials

• All course materials (videos, PDFs, exercises, etc.) are licensed for individual, non-commercial use only.
• Redistribution, unauthorized sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

3. No Unauthorized Access or Impersonation

• Do not attempt to access accounts or content that you did not purchase or are not authorized to use.
• Impersonating another person, InsidePiano staff, or misleading others about your affiliation is prohibited.

4. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion

• Please do not use any InsidePiano platform to send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promote unrelated businesses.

5. One Account Per User

• You may only create and maintain one account per person.
• If you’re having trouble accessing your account, please contact us at support@insidepiano.com.

6. Enforcement

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of this Code of Conduct, at our discretion.
• Repeat or severe violations may lead to a permanent ban without refund.

7. Help Keep Our Community Safe

• If you observe inappropriate behavior or abuse, please report it immediately to support@insidepiano.com.
• While we do not have public discussion areas, we take violations seriously and act accordingly.
