Refund Policy – InsidePiano Store

At InsidePiano, we strive to provide quality educational content. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our online store at store.insidepiano.com.
1. Digital PDF Files
All PDF products, including lead sheets, guides, and sheet music, are 'non-refundable' due to instant delivery and their digital nature.
2. Digital Courses (One-Time Purchase)
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if all the following conditions are met:
- You have accessed less than 10% of the course content.
- You have not downloaded any associated materials (PDFs, backing tracks, etc.).
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@insidepiano.com with your name, email, and order number.
3. Language Versions
- Courses and materials are available in English and Spanish.
- You must select the correct language version before purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued if the wrong language version is chosen.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent access to your purchase, please contact support. We will investigate and assist. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Memberships
Currently, our store does not offer recurring memberships. If this changes, refunds for past billing periods will 'not' be issued. Refunds will only be considered for the most recent charge in case of billing errors.
6. Lifetime Access Disclaimer
Lifetime access grants continuous use of purchased content for the lifetime of the InsidePiano platform, subject to service availability and maintenance.
'Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable' except in the rare case of verified technical issues that cannot be resolved. Business closure or other external circumstances do 'not' qualify for refunds.
