2. Access and Use
- All products are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access.
- Upon successful payment, you are granted access to the digital content via your customer account.
- You may not share your login credentials or transfer your access to others.

- Lifetime Access Disclaimer:
- “Lifetime access” means you can use the purchased content for the operational lifetime of the InsidePiano platform or as long as the service remains available. This access is subject to continued maintenance and availability of the website. InsidePiano does not guarantee access in cases of business closure, technical failures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Licensing and Restrictions
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal study.
- You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publish the content in whole or in part.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source materials from video/audio files is strictly prohibited.
4. Language Versions
- Courses and materials are offered in English and Spanish.
- It is your responsibility to select the correct language version before purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted due to selecting the wrong language version.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy. In summary:
- PDF downloads are non-refundable.
- Courses may be refunded within 7 days, provided:
- You’ve accessed less than 10% of the course content, and
- You have not downloaded any accompanying materials (e.g., PDFs or backing tracks).
- Technical issues will be reviewed case-by-case.

6. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to process your order and provide access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, sheet music, backing tracks, and PDF guides, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
InsidePiano is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of our digital content. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or skill improvement from using our materials.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
